It was comfortable.

So disgusting that we walked in then right back out. Booked another room and gladly took loss on what was paid to stay here.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable the internet was really good. I stay at studio 6 a lot. Issues were there were a few bugs but not bad. Staff was friendly and helpful.

1st room; door didn't lock at all, toilet seat wasn't even mounted to the toilet Went to the front desk they gave us another room 2nd room; the door lock had been broken so we were given a manual door key (at least it locked), I went to take a shower and water was coming from the ceiling/wall/shower head and the tub faucet, the bed frame was very dirty and the bed frame was broken had to be careful how you sit/lay so it didn't collapse After 10pm and until 10am there is absolutely no one working and no "in case of emergency " number.

I really wasn't able to judge the actual rooms because the front desk staff were unable-unwilling to check me in.

I didn't even stay the whole night. There is no desk services past 8 (she left early. It was supposed to be 9). Check-in was at 3 but my room was not ready until 5. They had run out of towels shower curtains and blankets (and they still charged me full price and didn't tell me until after i asked) i was also told that since i checked in and stayed past 6pm (so one whole hour) i couldn't get a refund. There were roaches. My trash can was full when i arrived and there was food in a drawer still. Housekeeping is once per 7 days and it's $10 a day. Around 2 am, there was an alarm that went off and i called the main customer service line and they said to either wait for it to go off on its own or it will be turned off between 8/9 am when someone gets there. I told them to check me out immediately.

It was a good stay and the staff was helpful

The room smells, and the elevator works sometimes, i want move on, and I just got here!
