I had a check out date of the 16th. On the 15th, I made a reservation through Expedia to extend my stay the 16th-18th. I went down to the office to pay yesterday evening and the front desk clerk said we would handle it tomorrow. I said ok, and had her let me in my room, which I have to do everyday because no card keys work. No maids clean the rooms or restocks, so you have to constantly go down and have her come to your room to open, or never get towels, soap, etc. as I have all week. This morning the front desk calls talking about they needed a reservation made. I called my wife and she called the office. Their conversation was hostile from the start, because the gentleman persisted to tell her she cancelled the reservation. To which she did not. He asked her if this was Rhianna, and he was sending the email confirmation now. He persisted to tell her he was looking at where she had done this and became irrate when she again told him my reservation was in progress for the 16-18th and that I would be in to pay this evening. He then sends her the receipt where my card was ran for the 16th, and my card declined. Decliined because I do not keep more than what is to be pulled, which I validate with the front desk before its ran. Im going to assume, Rhianna initiated a reservation and payment for my room, without my knowledge, consent, or presence after telling me we would handle it tomorrow. When the card did not process, she cancelled the reservation, she made.

On all of the sites to get a hotel room from said pay at property for the rooms and when I arrived at the hotel they told me that if I didn’t pay for the room online that they wasn’t gonna hold the room. The counter employee was horrible and very unprofessional. I recommend that your site and all the sites take them off of the sites.

Horrible it’s to many hidden fees then they charge for stuff you didn’t even ask for.

They allow pets and for the price you can’t beat it. Bring pillows( theirs are flat)and extra towels they only give you 2 of each at a time.

Hotel.com is the worst ever. The first thing to do is set the dates a week in advance hoping that you make a mistake on your reservation. Why we can advance is the default and not the day of somebody trying to get a room is beyond me. Three out of the last five bookings hotel.com has left me stranded. My job entails traveling therefore when I book a room it is for 5 or 6 hours down the road. Three out of the last five bookings that I made with them when I get to the hotel be at 11:00 or 12:00 at night there is no room because hotels.com over sells the hotels. Then they have the nerve to get on the phone with you and take an hour and a half to help you when it's already 11:00 or 12:00 in the morning. They are the worst do not use hotels.com

Where do I even start…the parking lot was filled with tree service trucks making it hard for anyone to park. Checked into the room and immediately went out not knowing there were roaches in the room! So, by the time I got settled in the front desk was closed so I called the front desk number and notified them about the roaches and was told someone was coming down. A man came down and told me if we see problems like that we have to let them know as soon as we check in keep in mind we checked in around 8pm. So after telling him that and how we left right after I was told it was nothing they could do about it since their front desk was closed and they’ll have to deal with it tomorrow. Rude… then the tv didn’t work at all and the stove was broken. So beware of you are given room 311 there is an infestation of roaches and the stove doesn’t work properly and will smoke the whole room out. Also there’s a mysterious hand print in the bathroom that no matter how much you clean still appears when the wall dries which is weird! This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I will never be coming back!

This locations overnight assistance is rude & not helpful. the cursed at customers over the phone and refused to help direct to people that could help. will never book with this location again.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No shower curtain, no towels, reused sheets from previous person, roaches, smoked blunt on the window seal, cigarette burns in the sheets. Slept on top of the sheets since we thought we’d get bed bugs from the bed. The old adage of “you get what you pay for” has never been more true, spend a few more bucks so you don’t have to sleep in this absolute dump.
