FILTHY, ASKED FOR A REFUND WAS TOLD IT WENT THRU. I WEEK LATER STILL NO REFUND

It was a decent room and nice place

I got in just after 2 AM and they told me I was no longer able to check in because after 2 AM you are a no-show. This was never in any of the contracts or anything I read leading up to this booking. I asked if there was anything they can do, the receptionist said no and that I was just a no-show. I asked if they had any extra rooms and if I could just buy one, she said no because“the system was acting weird. “I start calling other hotels in town, it was pretty much a bust, after about 20 minutes I asked her if there was anything that they could do to possibly help me out and she said she’ll try to check the system again and then it worked to this time for some reason even though it didn’t work the other times. She also offered to just hook me up with a bed in one of the other rooms if I could pay cash and leave by 7 AM which felt really shady. The customer service is absolutely horrible, the room and entire hotel felt pretty dirty, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed Room Number 209 , room was big enough for 2 people, however it was so smelly and i couldn’t even slept due to bad smell, worst experience of my life

Even I request in the lobby to send a house keeper to clean my room after my first night they don’t send no one. I spent 2 days with the same towels and Blankets. The customer service was very poor!!!

I really enjoyed the home feel (i.e. Stove, microwave, full fridge, etc).
