There was a weird chemical smell as soon as we got into the hallway for the rooms. When we got into the room, it appeared to be clean, until we pulled back the covers, only to find pubic hair in the sheets. We immediately left & told the front desk, she was unable to give me a refund & it took me fighting with hotels.com & the hotel manager LeBron for 4 days, before a refund was finally issued! Avoid this hotel & hotels.com at all costs!!

I am always cautious then the front staff sits in a bulletproof cage. I also had to pay an additional $100. deposit in addition to prepaying my overnight stay.
I’m convinced that the property is for long term-government funded occupants. My room was on par with my private room barracks in the military, including furnishings; functional.

The mattress has defect ( means very very old mattress)
No curtains - street light exposed through the window
Electric blackout - when I plug my iPhone, hair dryer , blackout occur every time . We had to re boot it ever time - electric outlet failure and spark

Bed itself is not firm and it move and loose
