The room smelt pretty clean and looked pretty clean. The bed was pretty hard. The front office staff was friendly. Made for more long term guests, not overnight, however I wouldn’t want to sleep on that bed long term. We were put in a handicap room I believe, the showerhead wand was lower on the wall and nothing to hang it higher so I can rinse off under the shower fully without holding the wand. It’s dog friendly which was nice for my dogs. I brought 2 and it was $57 for the dog fee plus $5 per dog so we ended up paying an extra $67 and some change to have them stay with us for the night. Area seemed safe though. Lots of box trucks/truckers staying there too and medical travelers too.

The windows had blinds but NO CURTAINS so light was streaming into the room all night. There were no lamps in the room. We had one set of towels in the room and every time we went to the front door, there was no one there. It was constantly loud at all hours of the day. It sounded like elephants stomping around. I could not get comfortable on the bed because I could feel all the springs.

I understand this is an extended stay but they keep it really nice. I loved the easy to clean floors that make it worry free when traveling with my dog. Even better that the room is good size because my boy is big and he had plenty of room to move. Two suggestions, well 3. 1. The beds are not super comfortable for long stays but ok for a couple nights. 2. The addition of a doggy area so they can run would be great. 3. An over hang an the entrance would make it nicer when it is raining to get in without tracking water all over. I went to college in this area and it has grown, but is still a nice area where one feels safe. The well lit lot helps tremendously in that respect.

Neat and clean property. Bedding could be a little thicker, but it did it’s job on keeping me warm. That hotel air is always better when it’s not yours.

There was no one at the front desk to check us in. Also, there was a foul smell throughout the building. Luckily, the room was clean.

Towels in the room had hair of someone else on it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. They mailed me an empty envelope with my deposit when I should have gotten it back. The room smelled like chemicals. My room's door had to be forced shut. The walls were incredibly thin so I could hear everything happening in the rooms adjacent to mine and above. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

When we left the room was as cleaner then when we arrived. floors were scratched and neighbors loud making sleep impossible. Was told to give them a 100$ cash deposit for our pet at the end of our stay we we're told to never give a cash deposit and the GM would have to be reminded. Incredibly unprofessional weird smells permeate the building. You have to keep your dog in a kennel anytime you leave the room. We followed that to the letter but we still reprimanded because they heard our dog barking?? They didn't even bother to check if she was in her kennel which she was.
