ADA person using cane and rolling walker. Caution to wheelchair users, entry is up a ramp-like slope, (no steps), double door but my rolling walker did not fit through the single unlocked door. As I was unlocking the door's other side, person from desk asked me to stop, but when I said I couldn't get through, I continued unlocking and went to my car. No problen when arriving except doors are difficult to hold open, due to angled entry. No handicap parking. Only mobility assist in room was one bar in tub.Toilet was low rise. Top bath towel too high to reach.But great bed, excellent space in room for my walker, good lighting, functional desk, lots of plugs and ports.

My room was supposed to be booked for two noght and i should jave been able to check out thurday the 1st and now im having to check oht today. I dont have the extra money to pay for another night. Me and my son are having to sleep in our car in the 20 degree weather.

Reduced parking spaces, room was next to entrance with a lot of noisy people in and out, also next to ice crushing machine, who needs to get ice at 2 a.m.? Room was clean though, but heater not working properly.

Cockroaches, both dead and alive throughout the night. Heavy smoke smell in the non smoking room. We think it was either coming from the hallway or outside.
