Clean rooms staff was very helpful parking

Night staff are confrontational and a little bit on the rude side.

I stayed here as my flight home got messed up and thought I just need to lay my head for a few hours. When you walk into the building, you are hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Check-In was quick but the receptionist was not friendly and seemed to hate being there. My room was on the 3rd floor and the whole floor smelled like cigarette smoke although it says it’s a no smoking building. The room wasn’t terrible in terms of cleanliness (could have swept the room) until I saw a cockroach crawl from under the fridge and its little babies. There were baby roaches in the bathroom as well. I had to check all my luggage to make sure none were in there but thankfully all my things were zipped up. Check-out was easy and the person at reception was kind and friendly. Overall, I will not stay here again and learned my lesson to spend a little more for comfort, even if it’s for a few hours.

The staff was rude and disrespectful. I had the reservation, everything paid for, and the front desk would not give me a room. He claimed that the Mastercard had expired, yet the card on my receipt said Visa!! He threatened to call the police on me repeatedly and insinuated that I couldn’t understand English!! Mind you — I was born in this country!!! I have made many reservations via Hotel.com and I have NEVER had issue with my reservation!!! After calling his manager, I was told to cancel my reservation!! I couldn’t even get a reason why!!! I kept informing him that the room was already paid for and that there was no reason to charge whatever card they were trying to charge, even though the card on file was a Visa, not a Mastercard. When I asked him why was he trying to charge anything when the room was already paid for, he became irate and told me “not to question him”. I attempted to speaking to customer service from Hotel.com and they kept calling and the call would not go through!!! I want a refund!

The rooms were dirty. They said no smoking but the hallway was fogged up with smoke. EVERY NIGHT BETWEEN 2-5 people were banging and moving furniture. AND THE ROACHES!!!!!!! I am very unhappy

The property was horrible and not worth the small fee.. there were bugs and dirt everywhere...the shirts were dirty.. staff that finally checked me in was very rude... my wife didnt want to stay i convinced her it was ok and was proven wrong!!! We will NEVER stay at a motel 6 ever again!!!

From the moment you walked through the lobby door until you reached your room, the hotel smelled like urine. The scent was so strong it gave me a headache. There was no hot water whatsoever and the room had not been cleaned or dusted. Sprayed Odo Ban on one of the chairs to sanitize it and the rag turned black. We left quickly. Ended up booking a room elsewhere.
