The first room they gave us had hair in the bed and flies in the bathroom. The hallway was missing ceiling tiles and leaking water to the floor. There was a strange odor. The service desk did not provide an iron or a hair dryer. Our key card stopped working and I had to get it reprogrammed, they did not validate my identity when I gave them my room number - anyone could have gotten access to my room! There was no daily housekeeping.

Hotel was nasty homeless people everywhere sleeping in hallways and the air conditioning in the room didn't work either and they would not change rooms
