The A/C did have some issues. One couldn't really tell whether it was working properly or not. The room would not cool/heat when using the buttons on the unit consistently.

Room was not cleaned in all three days despite requests. One day the receptionist said that my room will be cleaned but was not done. Plus, my booking included breakfast but all three days breakfast was not even available.

Check in staff gave wrong key so I had to walk one flight of stairs, walk across parking lot to get another- he gave no apologies. Bath tub facet streamed so the noise was annoying. Top cover on bed had animal hairs. Bedding outdated. Very quiet area; ample parking. No microwave or fridge.

The biggest issue was the initial room given to me; there was a bathroom problem that was being worked on right as I entered it. They had to give me another one, and that one had a bit of a problem too, although not nearly as bad as the original one. Otherwise, it was quite nice.
