You get what you pay for here. Nothing spectacular, but nothing awful. The front desk help was great, and the facility looked very clean (they were cleaning from about 8-11am when I checked out). The room is starting to show some age; with trim on mirrors/night-stands falling off, and taped with desk/electrical tape to keep it together. Cigarette burns in bedding, in bathroom, and generally everywhere. I booked last minute and Hotels dot com only had smoking rooms available, my fault, not theirs, but I would think burnt bedding would be replaced after so many holes. The location is tucked away, and fenced in completely, with not many homes/apartments nearby, thus it felt very safe To sum it up, this is a decent place to rest your head for cheap. If all you need is a safe rest, shower, and warmth/cooling, this will get it done.

There was bed bugs and they would not let me cancel the stay
