Spend the extra dollars to go somewhere else. I checked in with my cat (pets allowed) and they said no cats. I brought up the policy and then they had nothing to say. I asked for a nonsmoking room and they put me in a smoking room with tar marks on the toilet and bathtub, black marks on the bedding, and roaches popping up here and there. There was one bath towel for two people. Additionally, the window had no lock or latch to secure so anyone could come through from the outside if they wanted.

Bugs, rust, faulty plugs and sockets and mold are just insult to injury in comparison to staff attitudes toward guests and lack of knowledge or just on rendering customer service
