Booked here because of the airport shuttle. No shuttle came, no one answered the phone. Had to walk and I'm disabled, hotel offered no compensation for the trouble. Stay somewhere else.

There was a car up on stilts that looked like it had been there for a long time and dog crap on the walk way to reception

Only the room was clean, everything else was dirty/messy and pretty beat up. There was a car up on jacks that guy was doing some major work on. And there's a lot of people just loitering around. The shower curtain was broken and the AC made a high pitched whining. Also we were next to the pool as you could hear the gate slamming shut every time.

Th odor was awful. We were on the 1st floor and we had to clean the toilet before we could even use it. There was no lock on our window. Stayed awake all through the night with concerns. The smell was overwhelming and we couldn’t find anywhere (last minute) to stay. Locked ourselves in minus the lock on the window. Worst smell ever.

Whenever someone, staffs or guests, open/close the gate to the swimming pool, it creates a loud banging noise that every room nearby will hear it. If you go to bed early at 10:00pm or wake up late in the morning, you will be awakened by the loud banging noise. If you don’t bother by it, the place is fine.
