The place was clean and safe
It was okay and I was okay too. The bed was clean. The temperature controls were very reliable and the TV worked well. I had a good stay.
Nice clean rooms and service.
You don’t seem to have any outdoor trash cans which is very inconvenient!

The window in the room was damaged due to a prior break-in attempt. The bed was made incorrectly - sheet on top of blanket. Something sticky on wall sconces. Wifi only worked in hotel lobby. Chec in staff was smoking outside leaving new arrivals waiting, although they could be seen.

Half of the outlets worked. Holes in the wall, stains on the mattresses. Smelled of smoke everywhere. Stains on the hallway carpet. Mold in the shower shelf.

First room we were given, the door didn’t close. Second room we were given, the shower didn’t work. For which we were refunded a measly $10.

The side door to get into the building was not locked (meaning it wasn’t keyed entry or anything), there was a pile of cat litter with cat poop in it in the hallway outside the room, and the lamps in our room were missing so there was no light other than above the sink. It also smelled like weed and mold and everything was damp.
