Unfortunately the room I was in had a mattress that needed replacing. The hills and valleys of an over worn mattress made for a restless night sleep and an ache wake up.

Room is very very worn with patches on furniture . Scraped desk and chair . Tv is older with half channels not showing . Air conditioner is very very loud , sounds like a truck in the room with you . Parking lot is a broken asphalt on a hill . No breakfast but coffee only .

Was suppose to have breakfast . Paid ahead for lodge and breakfast with Expedia . When we arrived at midnight there was a SIGN saying No breakfast ! Which we paid ahead of time for! Coffee only which was a joke … only in a coffee canister … no half in half only fake creamer stuff!!! No apology just tuff luck!

It's a typical roadside hotel that although just freshened up recently needs it again. Nothing terrible but nothing good. Bed was it was soft and saggy. Towels were nice with no threads or tears.
In room coffee maker worked. Microwave did not and refrigerator was nice.
Fine for a night stay but would not want to spend extended periods there.

I didn’t have any issues except for I never got the $100 incidental charge returned back to my credit card. I called the front desk 3 times. They said they returned it and they even sent me a receipt saying they returned it, but it never showed up on my bank account. I called my bank and they don’t have any pending refunds or issued credits. Therefore, we had to dispute the charge.
