I didn't like that the staff had me waiting for 30 minutes because of problems with their system then told me they couldn't give me a room because my license was expired?

Roaches checking in before I did so I ran out of there.

My room was dirty and it had roaches! It was soap left in the shower so that tells me that the shower wasn’t clean!

This property is not in safe repair and should NOT be available for rent, nor in a good area. The ceiling plaster in the bathroom was flaking into the tub as I was showering, the flooring throughout was split and peeling, the room's fixtures such as lamps and electrical receptacles were caked with gunk, some of the sockets I would not use for fear of getting shocked, the stairs to the third floor were wobbling and handrail was sticky with years of filth, parking area is dark and creepy, as several guys were always hanging around in dark areas of parking lot. This property has numerous piles of what looks like re-purposed construction debris lying around, parking lot in poor condition. I could go on and on, but I won't. I cannot believe Red Roof Inn would allow their name to be put on this property, or that Travelocity would be offering it on their site. I have never felt a need for a review like this, and I have stayed at some rather sketchy lodgings in my years.

this use to be nice after the turned into red roof,now it it back to old games of renting to local riff raff .the guy in room 226 was smoking dope ride outside his door and talking loud on phone with earbuds in, was asked to shut up two nights in a row train horns and train yard noise most of the night,we were put in front side which was loud and noisey,our motorcylce group has rented out half this hotel for years now no breakfast since covid well they lost Norfolk Southern and now Barber event attendees will not be back and we do events every month they will loose our $$$.

For what I paid for the room it was definitely good! Had a microwave not sure if it had a mini fridge plenty of towels and a blow dryer which I thought was pretty cool would definitely stay there again

Motorcycle trip. Room rates raised way high. Property not worth it. Room 223 infested with roaches. Smoke alarm goes off for no reason. Front desk personnel very friendly but unable to solve. Offered to move us to another room but who wants to do that at 2am.
