Old, Dirty.
Got stuck in Dothan on a severe storm night. Only hotel available. So we were prepared for an uncomfortable night and that's what it was. I will not stay again.
Good Stay
People were very friendly and helpful room was very nice.
Filthy
Desk clerk was unfriendly. Room was filthy. Actually had to move to a different room which was a bit cleaner. Very inconvenient to move.
Very great staff.
No breakfast served. Just some items in a paper sack. Also said elevator,no elevator.

Very pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful. We would use this hotel again!

Both rooms they gave me were filthy and nasty. hair in the refrigerator a big cockroach in the tub on top of a tub pills and paper floors dirty. I called the manager the next morning he said he would get someone to clean the room than never did I am at AWard's member of Red roof inn and I've never been disappointed until now that policy is that if you're complaint has not been solved that you didn't have to pay that's a lie I had to pay for both nights. Very unhappy with the hotel and the manager they should be out of business

The first room smelled of mold and the mini fridge was leaking water all over the ground. I requested to be moved and the second room was roach infested. I was not able to stay and requested a refund through insurance.
