No one was available at the front desk so it took 20 mins to check in. Wash cloths and towels still looked dirty. Shower curtain fell on me once; tried to put it back up. Fell twice afterwards. Called front desk for help. No answer after 2 calls. They finally answered on the 3rd try but there was no "help" to fix the problem. They offered another room but I had already settled there.

The staff was very polite and nice. The room did not make me feel safe. The door jam was broken and screwed together which did not allow the door to close securely. There was dried vomit on the carpet, hair in the tub, and a towel that was supposed to be white, but wasn’t.

I won't stay again. It was a bargain deal and you get what you might imagine. My first room had been made up but not cleaned, and when I asked to change there was no apology, just a new key. When I checked out the next morning I had to wait roughly 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. No apology. The room was pretty meager. A comfy bed, so that was good, but yeah, just very little sense that things had been cleaned well. The towels and hand cloths had been washed, but we're old and frayed, and some quite stained. This hotel needs help.

Room was neglected. Not the cleanest place I have stayed. I won’t say it was roach infested but did see several roaches. No coffee or breakfast. Probably spend the extra money for Comfort Inn next time.

When we checked in they put us in a room that REAKED of weed scent.
We were out into the correct room.
Someone was in the room next to us and the weed was so strong it was coming through the walls into the bathroom!
We had to keep our bathroom door closed which didn't help at all
Going to the bathroom was terrible trying to use it and the scent of the weed was just too much!!
The Juccuzzi jets didn't work
I was already not feeling well and the scent of the weed didn't help.
This was the worst stay we have had here!!
We have never had a problem before,last night waking up seeing roaches crawling on the wall, falling,they probably was high from the weed!!

they had no towels to bath with and the big towels to dry with were damp like not all the way dry and when i went to the front desk to get some more all he said was that everything was dirty and needed washing
