Good service and the weather was nice.

The room was clean and was indeed OK. However, when the AC started I could hear a low pitch noise from the compressor that radiated into the walls. I did report it to the office but no response. The toilet needed plunging with every use, a couple of the towels had holes in them from wear but they were clean. There was no complimentary breakfast or coffee. The nearest real restaurants are 13 miles in either direction. The lawn area needed mowing of mostly weeds. Overall, not the best Red Roof Inn. It was acceptable but that is the best I can say. If all you want is just a spot to sleep, go there.

I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times every time was good until now. This time was horrible. Wasted a lot of money because they would not refund and we didn’t even stay, found somewhere else. I had 2 rooms, out of the first 2 rooms both rooms had stains on the bedding and cigarette burn holes in the sheets, the sink was constantly running in one room, the bath tub was running in the other which was hot water and the bathroom was humid the tub was moldy from the constant running hot water, the front of the AC was broke in one room and no toilet paper in one room and very rusty lamps. Complained, host said this was normal. Normal, are you kidding. Showed him pictures of the room, he gave us another room. This room was no better. Stains on the bedding, couple blood spots on the bathroom door, and the toilet was messed up in this room. I had my grandkids and this is not a clean environment for kids. I have pictures and I will contacting there cooperate office and the BBB. I would ask to look at your room before paying. I would not prebook this hotel. Pictures do not show how filthy I think it was.

The plumbing leaked, not enough towels, no amenities at all. No one ar the front desj to even check out. Lobby doors were locked. Phone Number didnt work.

Office door is closed. Cant enter my room which is always paid in advance because hotels dot com books and receives for reservation but they do nothing to favor us guests. I need my money back. Cant enter the room. Cant shower. My is exhausted after 7hs inside this car. And we paid for a room

The hotel was closed when I went to check in at 11pm last night so I was forced to give up my room and stay somewhere else I would like a refund

Never had a hotel room with no toilet paper before.

I love that it was clean
