Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

I have never once wrote a review on anything but I feel I MUST write one now because I would hate for anyone to go through what my husband and I went through. Without making this such a long review please trust me on this. Mind you, the front desk lady was as friendly as can be. 5 stars on her. We spent no more than 15 minutes in the room and couldn’t believe our eyes and nose. I kid you not, there were dead bugs and urine on the floor next to the bed with several strands of hair in it. The faucets were corroded and the refrigerator was filthy. There were many more things to mention but you get the gist of it. I wish there was a way I could post pictures to show you all. There was also no where at all to take your dogs to use the bathroom. It’s in a bad area of town. Quite a few drug addicts and prostitutes hanging nearby. It broke my heart. Anyhow, please go somewhere else. We picked it for the location but it’s not worth it. We ended up staying at Home2 Suites on Pine Forest Road which is a 17 minute drive away. Newly built, barely two years old and wonderful. Hot breakfast every morning. Pool, fire pit, and in a lovely part of town. You won’t regret it. Thank you for reading all of this. I just don’t want any of you to be stuck with no where to go last minute. All other dog friendly hotels were booked that night so we ended up staying at a relatives that night.
