I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how bad this place is. Outside looks fair I guess. I should have known when I first pulled in and there’s a bank teller windows inside the door with a locked door to the lobby. That should have been my first red flag. Took forever for someone to come to the windows to let me in. The lobby looked fine. Got my paperwork and key and went to my room. I was in 122 on the back side of the building on the first floor. Opened my door and walked in. First thing as I entered I noticed all the dents in every wall. Into the drywall. with no pain on them. Also there we’re shelves missing from the walls and you could see where it should have been. 3 or 4 spots on the walls you could see water damage near the floor and the drywall was missing. Probably also a good time to mention the floor as I walked across it. Gooey and sticky, It was almost as if I had suction cups on my shoes. I tried to turn the lights on but most didn’t work. The one above the dining table by the window just flickered. I went towards the bathroom and was shocked ay how much black mold was in the shower wall and looked like the ceiling had recently started to fall in. Also by the toilet the wall was breaking apart at the bottom. Toilet worked though. I then checked out the bed. Lumpy but useable. It had two full beds. I looked on the sides of the mattresses and didn’t see any bed bugs or tracks where they had moved across. I looked in the sheets but they are not that clean.

I paid for a deluxe king bed room i got a filthy 2 single bed room and it was so dirty hadnt been cleaned fridge didnt work toilet had feces and urine all over it there was stuff spilled on the floor n not cleaned up bunch of garbag shoved under the beds bedding was obviously nevr changed blood stains all over the mattresses i asked to be moved got the same in the bext one not what i paud for so i left

Room was gross. Cigarette butts in the bathtub in a nonsmoking room upon arrival. Requested the room to be cleaned and it was not

My worker had to leave the room because the heating was not working, the room had a bad odor, the sheets were dirty, and I still have not been refunded. I am tired of calling and sending emails, and no one responds.

Absolutely nasty filthy rooms staff was condescending saying you get what you paid for...I couldn't find anything else close to my destination in Saginaw but I'll take the 20- 30 minute drive to better accommodations in the future
