Great Experience.

Staff is very friendly and helpful very easy to deal with would stay again if and when needed.

My tow truck driver kindly dropped me off at approximately three AM at the motel which I had paid for on line. I’d paid for two nights, but missed most of the first night after spending 9 hours on a lonely highway hours away from Medford. I’d accidentally left my Drivers license in my broken down car at the Toyota dealership. The staff refused to accept any of the many alternate forms of ID I offered, including the credit card I’d used to already pay for the room for two nights. I was not even allowed to sit with my luggage in the lobby! Yes, they were following “Policy”, but they were not doing the right thing for a 77 year old woman alone and who had not slept in well over 24 hours. Thank goodness for the kindness of the AAA people who came and got me after the Toyota dealership opened, drove me to get into my car and pick up my license and drove me back to the motel where I could finally rest for one of the two nights I’d paid for. Over all one of the worst experiences with a motel in my life. The room was fine, the staff was absolutely not!

The hotel staff from greeter, check in, cleaning and check out were amazing. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend the hotel just for the amazing staff. Overall I would go back.

Where do I start, The moment I walked in I was greeted by Front Desk. Check In was Quick and Smooth. Outstanding Customer Service. Shout Out to the Front Desk Woman who worked 4/16 at 6:00pm. I was impressed. I manage people for a living, and she Killed it with Service. Room as Great! Clean and Bed was Comfy. Parking Lot is Small but definitely has enough parking spots for the Guests. Moving On to 4/17 Morning. Front Desk Was Awesome. Continental Breakfast, Very Good. The Staff Lady at Front Desk at 8:00 am was attentive and helpful for all of us trying to navigate that Breakfast Bar.. Thank you! My apologies in advance for not getting your names Ladies. 6 hour Drive into Oregon and 6 hours ahead of me to WA with a Kid had me running on fumes.. Highly recommend this Hotel. If I ever need to make a Stop it will be here. The Price was Worth the Amenities. Oh and Thank God it was Quiet! 10/10

This Ramada is dated but clean. The staff are friendly, the breakfast waffles great. Being near the airport is more noisy. Easy to check in & out.

Small rooms, on a noisy street. Pretty clean, like that there is not any carpet in the room. Friendly staff. We only stayed one night, park and fly service was great. Will likely stay again for the park and fly.
