Would of been better if things where replaced like televisions a walls need re painted curtains need to be thrown away but a quick and easy stay

We did not like anything about the Red Roof Inn. The linens were terrible, the towels were terrible. The shower rod was incorrectly placed. No tissues in the room. The phone did not work. The clock did not work. We had to jiggle the TV around to work. Shower soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Floors and paint were worn!!!! Also, the Red Roof at 2390 Lincoln Highway we had booked first and I would not even go inside!!!!! AND EXPEDIA WAS FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!! The hotel was ok with us canceling because the reservation was made only 10 minutes before we wanted to cancel and EXPEDIA KEPT HANGING UP ON ME!!!!!! WE WERE NOT HAPPY!!!!! Red Roof Inns in Lancaster NEED TO BE REMODELED!!!!!!!!!!! They don't look ANYTHING like the website.

People left you alone

Room was in great condition, very clean and updated for the price. No one was available at the desk for checkout, which was disappointing. I left they keys and hoped for the best.

Heating/cooling system is a little noisy. Rooms are clean. Because dogs are allowed, lots of poop needs cleaned up outside in the grass. Owners are pleasant.
