By check in. I did not receive a clean room, changed 3 times of room. All where the same thing. By the 3rd room, i decided for them to give a mop and broom and things to clean myself. This is unacceptable. That is disrespectful.

It was terrible. It was filthy. It smells bad and the toilet didn’t flush in my room. I left a day early and they didn’t refund me my money. And I still left. Think about that. I paid for a night and left and didn’t care about the money. That’s how bad it was.
I know there will be an AI comment from the hotel telling me how they are sorry they didn’t live up to my expectations. But if that’s the case, then contact me and refund my money. I won’t hold my breath.
Honestly, I rarely leave bad comments, but this place was really really bad. DO NOT bring your family here.
