Wonderful staff and two adorable dogs to greet us! Close to Bonnaroo and a great value. Safe, plenty of parking, easy access to the highway, and cool A/C!

Blood and hair on the Bathroom floor, Blood and “other” bodily fluids on the bed cover and sheets. No shower soap in the dispenser and dirty towels. Things just couldn’t have been worse and when complaining with the front desk, they said that they talk to housekeeping to do better in future. I didn’t sleep or shower, instead opting to work through the night at the desk. Would not stay in this hotel again.

The staff are wonderful. The property is dated with some improvements to the rooms. The rooms were clean and the beds were fine. A perfect place to stop to rest before moving on.

Clean OLD-mattresses were old- no springs-hard -noisy old creaks at every move and sitting on them were comparable to a canvas strapped beach chair

Room smelled like smoke. Bedding had burn holes. Towels were stained and dirty. sink and bathtub had hair in it. Working in hotels this one was by far the worst.

Tons of parking for tractor trailers or RV's and buses. The property is very dated and needs renovation, but it was as clean as they could make it considering. The bed was comfy, but hair was in the shower, so I declined taking one. Otherwise o.k., you will need to hit Waffle House down the road if you want decent coffee in the morning.
