The staff was great and super friendly!
The room was exact opposite! The bathroom counter was dirty, the sheets looked like they were slept in, the towels had hair stuck in them and when I woke there were bugs in the room. Some looked like roaches, another kind and flies. The seal at the bottom of the door was pretty much gone so think the all came in at night.
I went to the store and picked up cleaner and paper towels to wipe down surfaces. Very sad as I was there dealing with an injury of my own and visiting my aunt who was in the ICU next door.
No, I don’t talk to the staff. Although super friendly, my cousin also had a room and she had the same issues… so why bother them?

I have been staying here for a while for work. There are allot of spots for parking. Sometimes there are people who feel like parking in some spots is only for them, but all you have to do is remind them that there is not reserved spots.

No one cleaned the room or changed before sheets ,I lost $10 in wending machine ,when asked the person on counter for help his answer was ,I can't do anything about it.there was no coffee available in the lobby and no one offered to make it.

There were roaches. However it wasn't infested, and no one bothered me. I had to go to the office twice to have a key reprogrammed, but the staff was friendly and prompt.

The bed sheets were filthy.. the Mattress waa disgusting dirty.. due to an emergency i had no choice but stay here so I had to go purchase sheet if my own along with lysol.. front desk was kind enough to offer sheets from another room...

Air condition was superb but roaches crawling everywhere. Staff were friendly but could use some help in fixing the parking lot and surroundings.
