We stayed here for a softball tournament and upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel smell very clean and was nicely taking care of our rooms. We’re good in size. Everything was great in working order and clean and fresh.

It’s probably the cleanest Red Roof Hotel I’ve ever been to and what made it difference is they’re all inside rooms so you feel safe and secure The staff and the people we met were all very nice and we will stay there again next year when we come down for the Leesburg flower and garden festival

we attended a friends wedding and didn’t want to pay an arm and leg at hotels near by. we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the rooms, hallways, and property were kept. we were able to walk to restaurants, 7/11, CVS, and even our friends hotel 10 minutes away. definitely recommend if you’re trying to save money!

Easy place to stay,no frills type place! Easy parking and close by food,carry out,sit down.

Staff

Checking in. I knew I screwed up staying there. Smelled like vomit. The person at front desk could not put his phone down, talking to his self and ignoring us. I had to get mad to get checked in and get our room keys after being on road all day. What breakfast? White bread? Cold coffee from the day before. 6am, 1 yogurt in cooler no fruit for guest. Room was clean, but smelled like strong bleach. Hallways nasty the whole time I was there never vacuumed. Side door open 24/7 no security the door was taped not to close. It looked like it's been that way for awhile. Ice machine broke, no tissues. Hair dryer caught on fire and front desk couldn't give a care. I had to get ugly to get a different one for my wife with wet hair. Staff? What staff? Parking was fine and parking lot was well lite. I don't write reviews. But this stay brought me alive and left me completely pissed off.

I wished they served a hot breakfast and had a pool.
