Clean room convenient reasonable rates
Like many in Nashville, My wife and I needed to stay in a hotel because of a power outage at our home due to an ice storm. The room was above average, very good buffet breakfast and the staff was helpful.
Hotel staff very attentive to our needs
Our power went out so we went to the hotel as a Plan ‘B’, the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Rueben and Yen from the front desk!
Very nice
Due to power outages that were related to the ice storm in Nashville, we were forced to move into a hotel for several days. The staff at The Hayes couldn't have been any nicer or more accommodating. The room was just right Comfortable and clean. And the free hot breakfast was outstanding! They even waived the usual parking fee because of it being an emergency situation. Highly recommend!

Stayed 3 nights. Absolutely amazing. Cleanliness, location, staff, price. Everything was great and this will probably be our go to hotel when we’re in Nashville. Their lobby bar is closed permanently but there are plenty of places nearby to have a drink before you head out for the day. Thank you Hayes St Hotel! See you next time.
