The staff was overworked. Even he mentioned,” everything I have to do it my self.” He was really in a bad mood and not serving us professionally.
The room with 2 beds that we already booked was not available, so they gave us 1 bed. Very disappointing.

Although the trip was intended to be for leisure I still wanted to get some work done and when we arrived the internet was not working. With that said, the internet was up and running within 24 hours. I didn’t miss a beat.

The bed was comfortable and the property was nice. Not impressed with the $16 parking PER NIGHT and $23 breakfast.

This place was absolutely amazing! Everyone from the servers at the restaurant, to the staff at the desk, to the hotel manager were so very hospitable. My wife celebrated her birthday here and the staff could not have been any more helpful and welcoming to us! We travelled quite a way to get here and they made it all worth it! This will now be somewhere we will go for a possible weekend getaway or somewhere to stay when we come back to Baltimore! Well done Westin and your entire staff in Baltimore at the airport!!! 5 stars!!!!

Endah at the front desk was the epitome of customer service and kindness. I had forging charging cord and she lent me her own, which enabled me to workout to my favorite music and get a good workout in during my stay.
Alfredo in the bar/restaurant was incredibly hospitable and a great conversationalist.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff here, from housekeeping all the way up! I will definitely stay here again.
