Everything you may need in a hotel is here
Spacious room, even tho they gave me a handicapped room, it was clean and comfortable, it offered a nice view, nice pool area, hot tub was very hot but the jets were broken. Tiki bar at pool had basic menu of very tasty food. I had a burger one night and the chicken finger plate two times. Reasonably priced. Tasted yummy.
Nice hotel near Universal, nice pool.
I live in North Carolina and whenever we visit Universal as of the past five years we have chosen this hotel. We last visited two years ago. Nice room and pool. All was well.
