Great price. The pillows and bed were outstanding!

Kitchenette made the room a good value.

Nice staff, we had a quiet and large room. Website said down bedding - no way- not even all cotton, super scratchy. Building is run down outside, feels dated on inside and felt a lot like the owners lived there.

Property rates about a 7, needs updates

The room was clean. The bed comfortable. The property seemed nice. The breakfast was okay. The only problem I saw was the area it’s in is run down. It looks as of a lot of places have gone out of business.

Room clean and furnished well. Beds comfy. Quiet. Would be nice if hotel breakfast began at 6 a.m.

Breakfast was served but you could tell the owner did not want to make any eggs to put out with the sausage patties and potato wedges and when asked, he stated that, “she is making some” while pointing at the lady kindly servicing the dining area and then we sat there for another 15 minutes at least finishing up what was made available and then we just went back to our room. This was approximately 9 am on a Saturday. He was rude and very short with his responses and he seemed to make the atmosphere feel as if he was being bothered if he was asked questions about anything at all really. I had already read reviews indicating he was like that towards previous customers so it did not surprise me but sure did disappoint absolutely…he was however trying to go without the making anymore eggs and he got away with it. I am sure we weren’t the only customers to leave unsatisfied!!! Oh, well…can’t win them all. I will pick and choose my battles but won’t stay at that Best Western again when visiting Elk City. BTW Elk City is a really nice town and the folks there are awesome to hang out with if you ever take the time!!!

Our stay was very good--high marks!! Getting to site was a bit difficult. Staff, very good & friendly. Breakfast, GOOD.

The property is in an area that is surrounded by buildings under construction. The hotel was empty the night we stayed in. It seems the hotel was deserted. The key system didn’t work so we didn’t get a room key. Instead, the front desk personnel had to open the room for us. Every time we need to get into the room, they had to let us in. It was so inconvenient. We were not impressed with limited breakfast choices.
