Staff was rude. No housekeeping to our room for some reason, so we had to ask the night attendant for towels. Both nights we came back to room and keys had been deactivated. Had to go back to lobby to get key activated. Breakfast was not great. Bagels were old and chewy. Definitely will not be staying at this hotel again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that was weird was the blackout curtain was short about 7 inches above the window sill. There was a light on the ground shining up the building, so there was light coming into the room all night. The naked sill was on the same plane as the bed, so the light went right across the bed. My only question is….why?

First, the front desk staff were amazing! The beds & pillows were so comfortable! Quiet, had a good night’s sleep. Ate some food at the nearby Kopper restaurant. I didn’t anticipate much from bar food, but surprisingly we really enjoyed our dinner. I would definitely stay here again! If I could give more stars, I would.

Be aware. This is a pet friendly facility. (We were n not aware of this.) I was woken at 1am by a howling dog that wouldn’t let up. I felt like in was in a wolf pack in the middle of a Best Western.
