The agent at the reception took a really long time to check us in. And when I politely mentioned that it was taking a really long time, she retorted in a really loud voice in an attempt to snub me. She could have been more polite. The bathroom also appeared really old and in a bad condition.

This place is literally in the ghetto. People above were partying with loud music and slamming doors. Very difficult sleeping and only one set of towels, no pool towels and it was not a good experience for a young family.

This is the best hidden gem in old sac, very convenient to the freeway and good locations for events at discovery park, friendly and nice staff, all shifts of employees especially the front desk members. Now the most important very spacious room's along with mini fridge and microwave, for the delicious complimentary free hot breakfast buffet. Would come back whenever in this area.
