The staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. Everyone I encountered was nice and helpful from the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. The hotel was pretty decent, it was conveniently located to the wedding venue we were attending and the shops.

My stay was extremely pleasant! The person at the front desk was warm and welcoming, the hotel was pretty and very clean, the food was good, breakfast was yummy, the pool area, gym and arcade had such a fun layout and seemed high quality. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kingston.

Great hotel, except there were a ton of kids because there’s a large pool and arcade. Lots of kids running thru hall. Otherwise a very nice hotel!

This used to be a Holiday Inn for decades. It's been refurbished and nice. Clean, large place, pool, decent free breakfast, lots of parking. Only odd thing for a hotel was there was no daily room service. If you wanted service you had to ask. No big deal for us, but it may be to you. And the price was less than most of the comparable hotels in Kingston.
