Handicapped accessible room was not setup for a wheelchair or transport chair. Bathtub was not accessible due to a metal bar. Furniture in room blocked pathways to bed and room. Insects were present from time to time. Staff was told about bugs in room. In room coffee was not restocked. I had to ask at the desk for refills. Price for room was different from what I was quoted on Hotel.com.

Kevin at the front desk was extremely helpful when we had a problem with the room. He moved us into another room, which was much better for us in order to sleep.
