My stay was extremely pleasant! The person at the front desk was warm and welcoming, the hotel was pretty and very clean, the food was good, breakfast was yummy, the pool area, gym and arcade had such a fun layout and seemed high quality. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kingston.

Our room is comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The area of the pool was very large and included games for the children. The staff was good, especially the young lady at the breakfast room. She was very personable.
