Price cannot be beaten. Free breakfast every morning, really real breakfast not just continental breakfast. Staffs are friendly and excellent services. Will stay with BW again in the future.

After reading the negative comments,i almost didn’t go to palette resort. Thank goodness i did. Beautiful location. Lots of peace. Friendly, helpful staff

Clean and comfortable

By far, one of the best if not the best motel,friendly,courteous,overall comfortable,lots of quality excellent breakfast (Melissa) Check in was easy and friendly (Toni) Highly recommended,certainly will be checking in again

The trip consisted of my husband, my mother and me. It was an overnight stay on our way to Orlando and we had 2 rooms. This is our second time staying at this hotel for this purpose. The rooms are spacious and always clean which is most important. Staff is amazing both at the front desk and the cook in the breakfast area. They went above and beyond for anything we needed. Sorry I didn't get their names. I love that they have hardwood floors in the rooms. I think all hotels should get away from carpet. I would like to see them move to dispensers for body wash and shampoo which is more eco friendly and less messy due to residue left behind from bar soap. However this is a minor issue. We will definitely stay here again when the opportunity arises.

Extremely clean. The staff are all so nice and friendly. Very helpful with your needs. The room was so clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Good selection. The ladies taking care of the breakfast area were extremely nice and the area kept clean
