Our experience at the Best Western El Paso was excellent. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was good with a good variety. We were traveling with two Golden Retrievers and there was no problem with accommodating us with the two dogs.

The room was quite large, and the bed was firm, comfortable with very nice linens. The check-in and checkout were both pleasant. The toilet ran all night and the faucet squirted out from the side. The coffee maker leaked from the side. The furniture was a bit tired with tears. So it’s a bit of an older, tired hotel, but if they would put a little more attention to maintenance it would be a much better experience. Also, please use a cleaning solution that doesn’t leave such a strong smell in the room.

Coffee did not work for the continental breakfast. Cream cheese which should have been refrigerated was left out and warm. Lost all water to the room for a bit in the morning without warning in the middle of showering.
