Worst hotel stay ever! The hotel itself is nice and clean, every thing else was lacking to say the least. The line to check in was obnoxiously long every night. The game room was full of games that didn’t work and a snack bar that was closed. Bowling was closed. The outdoor bar was closed. The pub was out of most beers, lights for the kids drinks and the menu was very small. The food was fine but very overpriced. They had smores every night from 6-8, the night we went at 6:40 they were out of chocolate already. The pool was ice cold and on top of that they had the doors open on a very windy day. The cherry on top was we attempted to leave a day early because someone in our family has medical issues and the elevation wasn’t kind. I didn’t even ask for a refund. Just asked if we could get a partial credit for another holiday inn branded hotel back near phoenix. They said they couldn’t do anything it was a Hotels.com rule and they couldn’t change anything without them asking. After sitting on the phone and chat with hotels.com they said the hotel was refusing to issue any credit or refund. I went to the front desk and stood in line, I was laughed at when I asked again & then had to talk with a supervisor who was terrible. She lied and said she couldn’t remember if she talked with hotels.com. It was within the last 20 minutes. She lied again and said it was hotels.coms policy that they can’t change anything unless asked too. Sat on chat again and nothing happened.

Staff was rude and standoffish Parking is not adequate for the number of guests. Very dated and worn. Not a value for what they charge. Pool was so chlorinated it burned your eyes

Clean room. Free facility washer and dryer. Small Microwave and mini fridge in room. Tusayan as a whole has limited dining options and next closest options are 50 miles away and this is reflected in the price of everything out there. Super expensive for sub par everything including service and hospitality!! Would recommend staying in Williams instead and driving up to see the canyon or take the canyon train in.

The staff was not helpful. They did not make any efforts to provide one room even by 3:30 pm. They just kept of offering excuses and parroting that guaranteed time for checkin is 4 pm

We stayed for 3 nights. Great location. Close to restaurants and grocery. 5 minutes drive to the canyon. Indoor and outside pool and hotub. Snack shop absolutely and free coffee and tea in the lobby. The restaurants were eh but the bar has fun drinks. The room was clean but you could easily hear through the walls.

The indoor pool was freezing, they should consider heating it up for the kids.

Room smelled musky but was large. The bathroom was newly renovated but the room had an old carpet and smelled damp. The bowling alley was closed and none of the bars were open outside or in kid area. So if you go by the photos the amenities were not there. Location was great for the Grand Canyon - property is large and has potential.

Room was spacious and cozy. My only complaint was that the ice machines were not working.
