hard mattress and pillows, musty odor in room, I had the "do not disturb" tag on my door and had two different times where someone knocked on the door and then ran, person in adjourning room, would rattle the door handle between us, no TV guide, breakfast eggs and sausage were dried out when I went down at 8:45. I will not be back to this property.

My husband and I were traveling with our pet in this area. What was supposed to be a day trip turned into overnight and we were happy to find Best Western.

Great place to stay. Staff are always polite and our room has always been clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western very much. The staff were very nice and the breakfasts were quite tasty. I think our only criticism would be regarding the showers. They need to have to be someting between the shower door and transom to stop the water from flooding the shower area. We had to use several towels to mop up the water after ever shower. This is a comment for Expedia. I have a service dog and when we schedule a stay at a motel I would like to let them know I will have him with me. But thhere is noplace on the form to do that. It would help people like me to facilitate checking in.

Barebones. No shower products in bathroom. Terrible tv remote. Nasty sheets. Lousy breakfast. And overpriced for its quality. Would avoid.

Clean and comfortable. Well priced. The breakfast was a little sparse however great choices for breakfast are nearby in Travelers Rest (like Tandem). I would stay here again.

The location was good- 5 min from everything in TR. The front desk staff was nice, and the breakfast was what you expect from a hotel. The pool was green and unusable, the walls are paper thin, there was a 1" gap under my door so I could hear everything. The windows are single pane and there were people revving their engines super early in the morning- not the hotel's fault, but I have stayed in Airport hotels where I couldn't hear the planes, this was not the case here. The shower was old, and gross, the plate in the microwave was too big so I couldn't use it, there was no drain plug in my sink so I had to be super careful to keep anything small away from the edge. The housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 8:30am despite the 'do not disturb' sign and the fact that check out wasn't until 11 am. The best thing about the place was the desk chair- I had to work from the room for two days- and I loved that chair so much I am looking to buy one like it. The bed was comfortable as well.

The Shower was dirty and there was all empty bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash along with no trash bin for the restroom .
