Excellent hotel, will recommend to family and friends!

Room was very nice. The evening and morning receptionist provided excellent service.

The room was newly renovated - spacious and clean. The exterior was being updated so the windows were taped over. We could not look outside. Staff was friendly. Someone had a little dog in their room that barked a lot. The doors were very loud.

Place being remodeled, some noise after 7am, much better than the way it was though. Needs hair dryers in the rooms.

This hotel is under construction, lots of banging and noise until 9pm! Property condition is poor. Stains on furniture and floors. Wouldnt choose again

Even though some construction is being done around the hotel, my stay was pleasant.

Well where to start I booked this room having no idea this hotel was under construction. When I arrived i was put in a room directly beneath a room being demolished. The floors were disgusting and stained as was every item of furniture. I took photos. So stained and gross i had to wear shoes the entire time because the one time I was barefoot my feet became black. Also they were power spray painting so my bathroom filled with toxic paint fumes all day. So bad I had to block to bathroom door with a towel to trap them in. None of the amenities advertised were available. The hot tub was drained, the gym was closed, the parking lot was full of old furniture and construction vehicles. And they started banging and demolishing at 6 am everyday right above my room. This was unbelievable. When I tried to bring this to the attention of the manager she seemed annoyed with me for even complaining. To top it off you are charging almost $200 a night for this hole of a hotel. That's the price i would pay for a nice Hilton or Marriott room. The manager discounted my stay by 20$ a night and thought that was sufficient. This was false advertising and I would have never ever stayed here had this been presented truthfully. For 200 a night I thought I was getting a nice place to stay. I plan to complain further and get a refund. This was disgusting.

Very comfortable hotel- clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly and easy check-in, free parking, and my little dog was welcome too. Free coffee, tea, and water in the lobby (cafe area) 24 hours.

Some of the rooms are being renovated so I was awake with construction at 7am.
