We drove all afternoon-evening and finally got to our room late to get some rest. At 8am the housekeeping gentleman knocked on our door and informed him we were going to be there until 10:45 to utilize all the time given before check out to take our time to get ready after a long drive the day before. From 8am until we left the housekeeping knocked on our door 6 times rushing us and he had no respect or courtesy and he said “your my last room to clean so I really need you guys to leave” and check out time was 11am. We felt rushed, disrespected and it was very inconvenient when starting off a good day. It was probably because I was Native American. I will never stay here again!!!!!!

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff service was good. Only issue was check in time said 3pm, and we showed up at 3:30pm and was informed room was not ready, and to come back in an hour. So, we went to a casino and had some luck, fortunately. But, I could see this as an inconvenience to folks that may have travelled a long distance away.

Very Very LOUD all night. Trains coming and going all night from an apparent train station right behind the building. I got zero sleep and was left with a headache and ringing ears.

Original room was dirty. Had to be moved to a different room. Second day of our stay our key cards didn't work. Major hassle getting new ones as we were in a unit across the street from the main hotel. Clerk was a bit annoyed when we needed new keys.
