BEST STAFF EVER!
Incredible A+ customer service. Please thank Desi, Jordan and the three maintenance gentlemen. It was a snow blizzard on arrival and we got stuck ! We called and Desi rallied the team ‘ they were very polite and were able to shovel around our truck and trailer (not easy). The room was perfect and very clean and the breakfasts were delicious. An hour after checking out, we thought we left some things in the dresser. We called Jordon at front desk and he was very helpful. He went to the room and called us right back. Nothing left dbl check and located it in one of our bags. What a great, friendly and polite team! Please give them our thanks and share this review with them.

The staff was first class, especially Gage at the front desk and Lori in the dining room.
Very nice hotel.
I was surprised. The hotel was so nice. The employees were extremely nice. The bed was firm and the bedding very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very attentive. We have a very different opinion of Best Western. We are very impressed. Thank you!

The pool and hot tub are currently closed with no expected date to be reopened. Nothing was noted on the site when booking. We chose this hotel for the pool, & only found out it was closed when we saw the sign on the pool room door.

Very clean, breakfast was decent, pool and rooms were clean, only problem was patking under the tree parallel left sap on my car.
