I would book here again.

Clean rooms and common areas, staff helpful and friendly.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very nice as well. Although we didn't swim, the pool area looked nice and clean. Breakfast was a little skimpy, so we grabbed coffee and went out for breakfast. The employees were very nice and courteous. The area felt safe and there were a ton of restaurants around.

Certainly doable and nothing out of the ordinary. Was good for a busy weekend and staff was friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows, were not the most comfortable and the linens a bit worn. Good location - no complaints.

The first day we entered our room, the carpet was dirty. There are a lot of small little papers on the floor. You can tell that the housekeeping didn't vacuum before we arrive. The bathtub/shower doesn't have a place to put soap or shampoo. Every time you need to use soap/shampoo, you need to bend and pick it up from the ledge of the tub. The tub was so smooth it was slippery. I almost fell when I took shower. I asked for a bath mat the following day. The manager said that he will put one on our door but didn't do that. We ended up putting bath towel on the tub in order not to fall. During breakfast there is nobody in the kitchen. Often there are no plates available, or utensils or syrup for pancake. Nobody replenishes what's been used.

The breakfast was standard breakfast buffet stuff, but they rotated it a bit each day, so it didn't get too boring.

Guss at the counter was amazing and very helpful... I booked this particular hotel for the outdoor pool for my wife damn weather didn't corporate.. just my luck.. but I'm glad we were there though very clean and friendly definitely will return in the future... Thank ya'll we had a amazing time

Room could use a refresh. There was a huge crack in the window and scuffs on the walls. The chair in the room was dingy, but beds were clean and comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful!
