The hotel has nice rooms and a roomy lobby.

It’s okay as a hotel.

Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Hotel is not too big to get around in and in a great location as far as walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and boutiques. They have a breakfast type area Monday through Friday otherwise you order off the menu for breakfast. The weekday breakfast is in a room off the side of the restaurant which was not clearly marked. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

We have spent three nights here and we’re very happy, the hotel is beautiful, everyone that we have met here, are just wonderful! And it’s right in the center of Great Neck, so it’s a great place to stay.

The Inn at Great Neck is worth a stay. Lovely hotel though dated, comfortable and appealing. The staff are polite and very helpful. I would stay there again!

While the property was the best in Great Neck, NY, there were maintenance problems at the hotel. The plumbing in the hotel needs to be repaired and maintained. The bathtub needs to have a grab bar along the long wall and safety strips on the bottom of the tubs to prevent slipping. The thermostat was erratic causing us to continuously adjust it during our stay and the electrical connections for our phones, etc. at the lamps and sconces did not work which we were not aware of until we were out the hotel and our phones failed. The key card holder had the wrong time because it had been changed for the complimentary breakfast ending at 10:30 a.m rather than 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. We came down for breakfast to find that it was almost closed and some things missing. It was though a pretty good breakfast when it was fully stocked. The bed, linens and towels were all good and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were are superior, helpful and welcoming.

The property is awesome. Great location. Staff and valet were amazing. Rooms need an upgrade and there were centerpiedes on the wall and in the bathtub.
