Great location, pretty and clean room. Non working thermostat and heat caused BIG problems!
I liked the decor and the room was clean and comfortable to start out with. our room thermostat was broken, we had someone come up to investigate..and we turned off the heat. which NEVER went off.. Barely slept, got dehydrated. Long story short, asserted myself to get reimbursed for two of the three nites of my stay. The manager was very accommodating, staff was professional and helpful..Next time I'd ask to move to a different room.

I have stayed here several times and love it. However, this time the server in the restaurant did not arrive until around 8:30 and I had to be someplace at 9. Another employee tried valiantly to help and I settled for a quick bowl oatmeal. Despite this disappointing experience, I would still come back. I appreciated the efforts the other employee made for me.

Quick and easy check in. Most memorable moment , was the assistance provided when I wanted to extend my stay. The front desk attendant (male) , made it happen without me having to change rooms! Thank you
