Power Outage,
I reserved a room with someone somewhere that was not part of your hotel, I was charged full price on my credit card and upon arrival was turned away because of power outage. I did not receive a full refund! Very disappointed in the company that makes reservations for you. They had no idea you were closed, but still booked a room.

The location is perfect for shopping, hospital and restaurants. Room with the balcony did not disappoint, beautiful view of Lake Michigan and Harbor Springs. Would definitely recommend.

Overall a great stay. Shower head didn't work very well, but it worked enough to take a shower. Our door to the outside was tough to open and screen was torn and ripped at bottom. Staff was friendly and our room was clean and ready to go. We were there for two night and we would come back again. Price was very good for us.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to everything -we skiied at Nubs Nob. The breakfast was good -eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausages....lots of choices. Would definitely recomment.
