Great hotel!!!!

Very nice. A little pricey..

Upon arrival, the Lobby and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room (#104, right next to the pool) was extremely unclean and had a strong odour of mildew/mold. The carpet was completely damp and smelled. Our feet from the soiled carpet were completely black. I complained right away about the mildew/mold smell and we were informed that there were no additional rooms available and to open the window. When we went back to open the window there was no screen, and she told me there was nothing she could do. The overnight staff informed me that she documented and informed the owner of my concerns regarding the room and that it was my choice to leave(which btw was 1am in the morning). I also have systemic sclerosis and interstitial lung disease. She further stated that the hotel up the street had an infestation of roaches and bedbugs. I contacted Expedia, and they tried multiple times (5x) to reach the front desk staff at the hotel, however she never answered the phone. When I went out into the lobby she was sitting on a chair in the lobby on her phone. My son and I are still feeling extremely ill from our overnight stay on July 28th and had zero sleep. We had to cancel attending Kingdom bound today (July 29th) since we had a 5 hour drive back home and I couldn’t possibly stay awake for the concert and drive back tonight with zero sleep. What a waste of money! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Stay away from this hotel it is not worth the money nor the headache.

Good breakfast, beds were adequate at best. Clean rooms. Shower had no body soap. Still would stay again.

Everything was great. But we got unlucky, we couldn't adjust our ac so we sweet all night. Also the cleaning staff aggressively tried to get in the room at 9am and woke us up. I thought it was very rude. In all my travels, this had never happened to me. Let's says it's not a good way to get woken up after 12 hours on the road.

We’ve stayed here passing through for a night a couple times and would stay again. Beds were cozy, shower was surprisingly pleasant and spacious (no weirdly high or low pressure or getting pelted by a few streams of water!) and check-in was quick and efficient. The room seemed clean for the most part, but some things (like sections of caulk in the bathroom that were black) need a little TLC. It seemed like some aspects of the hotel were updated but others were more worn out. Breakfast was pretty mediocre on quality but there were several standard options. I swear Best Western breakfasts used to stand out in a good way, but haven’t encountered that in a while.
