Staffs are not very helpful

Duvet was stained, WiFi didn’t work the 2nd day so no TV. Pillows were sweat stained/yellow. Very little options for breakfast. Room was very small.

First off the pictures that they have posted are no good to what you actually are faced with. The place smelled bad right at the door. There were gnats on the ledge of the front desk. They allow pets there so the carpet on the first floor smells like pee. My room was mediocre until I checked the bed and lifted the layer of sheets. I never seen so many stains like I did that night, there was also a mouse dropping, yes a mouse dropping in-between the sheets! There was also strands of hair, and mold under the shower head. The staff was sincere and helpful. He even tried to change my room, not once but like 3 times. Each room he showed me the sheets were all stained and in one room there was even blood on the sheets. Each room also had a very bad smell except for one. At this point I was totally through and had to go. I should have received a total refund but I was charged a night's fee. I tried to post pictures but couldn't.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. But there was a lot of noise from other guests

Everything good & recommend to stay

Pet friendly is a plus. Hotel room was not very clean.
