Good place to stay.

I thought this hotel was perfect for what we needed. This is the second time we’ve stayed in Niagara to shop, usually we stay near Buffalo Airport. This was way more convenient crossing over at Lewiston from Canada than driving all the way down the Buffalo. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I didn’t hear a single guest which was very nice. All the other hotels we’ve stayed at you can hear people walking or their TVs. The rooms are all updated. I liked that the floors were not carpet. The TV (looked like a firestick app) was perfect, we even brought our firestick so we could watch our shows without having to sign in on the tv and forget to sign out. The breakfast was ok but it was included so that’s fine. The waffles were good! We will definitely be back to stay.

All staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is good. The room is very clean.

The hotel was in a safe location and clean. I was disappointed with the breakfast. The eggs were cold and kept getting topped off.

The lady who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

When I visit the U.S. I always come to Sure Stay. Close to all the shopping outlets, very clean, quiet. Never any issues hence I come a few times a year for many years.

Absolutely horrible stay! The floor in room was cracked and peeling, no privacy curtain on windows, the bathroom sink was falling apart and coming away from the wall. Hair on floor, bathroom fan very noisy, could hear every noise during the night. Bangs sounds from pipes in bathroom. We had to kill couple of cockroaches. Bed was made with only flat sheets laid on top of mattress. Our key would not unlock the door even after front desk had to help. Food: sausages were over cooked, scrambled eggs were bland and watery, orange juice was warm and watered down, coffee was burnt. Hard to soread butter when it’s still frozen. The only thing decent was the waffles. Most definitely would not recommend! Very uncomfortable. Spend the little extra money for a more well known hotel chain
