I have never received better management support than the service I received at the Best Western Clovis, NM. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service as well as its VERY comfortable accommodations.

Friendly and helpful
We stayed one night at this hotel and everything I can think about it is a good thought. The owner, Danny, was the one who checked us in and it was easy to imagine that things were awesome because he had an awesome personality and knew how to run an awesome hotel top to bottom and everything in between.

We enjoy spending one of our travel nights at this best Western. It’s always clean. It’s always comfortable and the breakfast is always amazing.

These guys are fantastic. The owner and his staff are the best I’ve encountered. They also provide a shuttle service! Who would have thought that in the little town of Clovis, NM, the best Best Western in the country existed!
Very dissatisfied with the service.
Upon entering the facility we were given prompt service. But when I explained that I had book a two queen with pull out couch they refused to give me the room to accommodate our needs. We had also requested handicap room and got neither. The person waiting on us just kept yelling that I needed to call the number I booked with. He was very rude. Not at all pleasant.
