Was clean and staff friendly.Light above bathroom sink was out. Just little things not hook in bathroom to hand clothes.

The room smelt stuffy and musty. The A/C either immediately made the room too cold even on a low fan setting and witho it it was too hot. Nothing special and the room was marginally clean.

Wasn't able to stay due to 3'rd party booking card was declined.

Hotel rating is very poor. Security around the hotel makes it look scary. Will never book this location again except there's a good Security provided. Issue of car theft and other unpleasant experience by others after we arrived at the hotel to see what others who book this location reported is very scary and tells a story of never book this location again. Even though theres an hotel opposite but it doesn't guarantee safety of residents at Best Western. Mgt needs to take action and preventive measures on the way forward. Must not wait to get a calamity incidence before action.

Even though it seems newly renovated, the flood water measuring sticks outside made me wonder why they needed to. Plus its right under power wires and next to the highway. You also hear planes and trains. Plus they tried to jam me with an early (210pm v 3pm) entry charge. The only ones in the whole state that tried to pull that bs. Plus the only ones without movie channels. Bfst was suspect. The hotels all around here are probably worse.
