Long delay to check in and property was very smelly. The air conditioner/heat unit was noisy and the pillows were terrible. Hard to adjust shower temperature. Room was big but over all, very much a disappointment.

I hag interface with Taysha who was both working the Breakfast room AND the reception, She as excessively helpful while under pressure from several guests that needed items cooked at the breakfast bar. On other items that I needed her help she was cheerful and was able to sort out another reservation for my engineer who was also staying at the hotel. We3 will be staying again at this hotel when we return to Denver,. Thanks Taysha.
