Tv. Bedside lamps didnt work. Bathroom door didnt shut easily. No microwave, fridge didnt work. The beds were clean, lack of towels and pillows. I get they are trying to clean up the place but it looks like they're patching instead of replacing. Ceilings were stained. 1 bug crawling from next room. But the office personnel was very nice helpful. Hope they can continue the work and get more visitors.

The main lights were not on when I drove in so I was unsure if I was at the right place. This was the end of a 10+ hour drive. The person on duty had a hard time finding my reservation. When entering the room, it had an odor and the air was not on so it was hot. The actual room was no where close to the photos posted on there website. The furniture was miss matched where some of it was not suitable. The pillows did not have pillow case on them and one was stained. The sheet on he bed has some visible holes in it. All the surfaces in the room needed to be wiped down. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The toilet if cleaned looked questionable. The tub did not look clean either. I knew that a good nights sleep there would not happen. Gave him back the key and found another place to stay in for the night. In all my years of travel in the states and abroad, this is the worst place I have ever booked. I am going to have to second guess Expedia when I book rooms the next time. Expedia should investigate the actual place for the accuracy of the information provided. This was one of those most memorable terrible experiences. Warning don't book this place.........

Friendly check in but run down, no towels, bad plumbing.

Didn’t even stay at the property the room was filthy the area was unsafe and I was not about to stay there

This motel is primarily a long-term stay option for locals who are down on their luck and need a safe place to stay. I am so glad the Marifah offers this, but it is not what most weary travelers pulling off of I-70 expect. The floor and counters were sticky, there was dirt in the crevices, and inexpert repairs on a door that had been bashed in, among other notables.

It was terrible they had bed bugs

Cockroaches riddle the beds. Absolutely disgusting place to stay do not stay here. Also they knew about the cockroach infestation beforehand. Horrible people horrible hotel

This place was nothing like the pictures. The maintenance man jimmy rigged a few doors open to show us our options. One has cigarette ashes im the sink. All the beds were stained, the bathroom wasn’t clean and it over all did not feel safe. My children were with me and I felt awful for staying there with them.

I am not quite sure how this place got any 10 ratings! I could see the outside of my room through the bottom of the door, sheets looked dirty. I spent 5 minutes at this place and left. If you have 15 dollars more ise it to not stay here!!
