I was annoyed by the fact that you charged me a dollar for a key. Wyndham should include it in its price. They rent your room with no key. Highway traffic is noisy.

The stay was wonderful. The only issue was that the metal covering under the bed made noise each time we moved.
Cleanliness was spot on! Environment was safe and very clean! We enjoyed and will be back.

This hotel provided an adequate experience for a quick, overnight stay, but I would not want to stay here otherwise. The staircase felt poorly lit and not terrifically safe, check-in took a long time (in spite of the fact that I filled out all the pre-check-in online forms to ensure a speedy check-in), and the rooms were not very clean. Fine for a quick overnight (we had traveled fourteen hours and had more travel ahead of us the following day), but not a hotel I would seek out again.

Property was ok and rooms somewhat recently updated with exception of showers. Clenliness was not great and LVP flooring not cleaned properly. Kept my shoes on. Beds were good but no coffee maker in room which was disappointing. Front desk girl was very friendly and the best part of the hotel.

Do not stay here as me and the wife only need 1 night and the rooms they showed me and my wife was either dirty, mold in the refrigerator or bathroom. Also, a non smoking room was basically smoked in as the manager didn’t care. We did not stay but went to the Quality Inn which was just a walk away. The Quality Inn is the place to stay and they refused to refund my money. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY AT THIS PLACE AS IT’S NOT LIKE WHAT IS ON THERE WEBSITE.

Room was very adequate for our stay. Bed frame had an issue that the maintenance people should address. Made a loud banging noise when sat on. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. As our stop was unplanned we would have liked to had some personal items available to us but there were none. Front desk lady was very nice
