My room was clean and quiet. Everything was stocked as one would expect. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Especially appreciated friendliness and acceptance of my service dog.

The check in was terrible. We waited for 15 minutes before someone came to the desk to help us. They had down the wrong room for us. My son booked 2 rooms thru Expedita ; what was showing up on his screen was not what we booked. The clerk seem flustered. My son had his check in information and confirmation # to show the clerk what we booked. Other then that issue at checking in, the stay was good, the breakfast was VERY GOOD.

Nice modern hotel just of the interstate and only minutes from downtown and boot hill. Staff not the friendliest (i.e. nobody asked if everything was ok) and lift out of service to the 3rd floor. No knives at breakfast and they are next door to a Walmart!
