Walls and ceilings are paper thin. Located next to a busy highway you get to hear every truck that goes by, with the addition of hearing every car door close and alarm lock noise. It sounded like there was a track meet above us. Staff offered to swap rooms, but we didn’t see what that would do. The other offer they gave was to let me leave and find another hotel. I will avoid this property, and you should too at all costs. Overpriced and the worst experience I have had in a hotel. There are cheaper and better places in the area. I thought I was paying for high end at the posted rate.

Bed was confortable and room was spacious. We received good & efficient service during check in and check out. Room was not “super” clean. We had a pet friendly room, located at the first floor, and the carpet was significantly used / old / damaged / with crumbles / dust from prior travelers and their dogs. We did not see any value on the dog fee. Breakfast had good options but was chaotic and noisy. Had the impression the at breakfast area is too small for the crowd.
